Die Mischung aus technischen Trails und atemberaubender Bergkulisse war genau das, was ich f\u00fcr meine Trifecta-Vorbereitung gesucht habe \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zahlen im \u00dcberblick \ud83d\udcca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.721 H\u00f6henmeter nach oben \ud83c\udd99<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>23 Kilometer durchs Gel\u00e4nde \ud83d\uddfa\ufe0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Stunden pure Bergaction \u231a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Geheimtipp: Fr\u00fch starten! \u23f0 <br>Absoluter Game Changer war der fr\u00fche Start &#8211; kaum Wanderer auf den Trails und die Morgensonne, die langsam die Bergspitzen k\u00fcsst.
